The first ever International Summer Program of the University Consortium of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road (UCMSR) took place in Xiamen University from July 20- August 1, 2019.

(Xiamen, 18 December 2017) The unveiling ceremony of the Secretariat and releasing of the written proposal of the University Consortium of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road (UCMSR) was held in Science and Art Center at Xiamen University.

The Inauguration Ceremony of the University Consortium of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road and University Presidents’ Forum were held at Xiamen University on 20th October, 2018.
